1. Information you provide
If you contact RYCX GAMES at hello@rycx.games, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and the content of your message. We use this information to respond to support, press, and business enquiries.
2. Website analytics
This website may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 may process technical information such as IP address (truncated where supported), browser type, device type, referring page, and page views. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept the cookie banner. If you reject, we do not load Google Analytics.
3. Cookies and consent
Essential cookies are not required for this static site. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we remember it on later visits. You can clear site data in your browser to see the banner again and change your choice. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to game or support pages.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Some RYCX GAMES mobile titles may display advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, coarse location, and usage signals according to their policies and the advertising settings available on your device. You can often reset or limit advertising identifiers in your device settings. See Google's advertising and privacy documentation for details on AdMob data practices.
5. Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)
Our games may use Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and stability issues. Crashlytics may collect device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs. This information is used to fix bugs and improve reliability. It is not used to identify you personally unless you separately contact support and share device details.
6. Purchases
Payments for apps or in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). RYCX GAMES does not receive your full payment-card information from the marketplace. Platform purchase records are governed by Apple's or Google's terms and privacy policies.
7. Data retention
Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep support records, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, or protect the studio and its users. Analytics and crash data are retained according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
8. Children
RYCX GAMES titles are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a game is made available where child-privacy rules apply, we will configure advertising and data collection to comply with applicable requirements such as COPPA. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact hello@rycx.games and we will delete it.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided directly to the studio. You can refuse analytics cookies on this website. For advertising identifiers and platform purchases, use the controls provided by your device or app store. Contact hello@rycx.games for privacy requests related to information sent to us by email.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, games, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The last-updated date at the top of this page will change when we publish revisions.
