Use of the game
FISSION is a personal, non-transferable entertainment application. You may use it on devices and accounts where the relevant app-store or web terms allow it. Do not reverse engineer, exploit, automate, resell, or interfere with the game, its services, or other players.
Purchases
Gem packs and other digital items are sold through Apple, Google Play, or another displayed platform. Prices, taxes, payment processing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by that platform’s terms. Consumable items are credited to the installation or app user associated with the completed transaction and have no cash value.
Do not attempt to duplicate, manipulate, or charge back a transaction while retaining delivered items. Contact support if a completed purchase is not delivered.
Content and conduct
FISSION artwork, code, audio integration, names, and other presentation elements are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. You may not copy or redistribute them except as permitted by law or the platform licence. You are responsible for any material you submit in a support request.
Availability and updates
The game may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable for maintenance, platform changes, network issues, ad inventory, music delivery, or other operational reasons. Features that depend on stores, advertising, or a music CDN are not guaranteed to be available in every region or at every time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FISSION is provided “as is” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.
